The venue, owned by Mike and Kathy Teeter, offers a space for parties, weddings, luncheons and other events.
The space—the earliest recorded deed for which dates back to 1890—can accommodate up to 50 guests. It features a carriage barn, bridal suite and the main house. Some of the equipment included for those who rent the space include chairs, tables, charger plates and an audio speaker.
