Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen in Pflugerville’s Stone Hill Town Center is now under new ownership and management.
Kevin Noe took over as the local franchise owner. According to a Facebook post, the new team is also revamping the store interiors and exteriors, as well as addressing cleanliness and food quality.
