Humble Beast Strength

A new 24-hour strength training gym, Humble Beast Strength, opened in Hutto in December. Owned and operated by David Raulston and his son Noah, the gym offers regular membership as well as personal training services. The business also offers free basic training classic to help people get started in their fitness journey.Merge Barbershop

The shop, owned by Teshe Melcher, features five barbers offering both walk ins and appointments. Melcher said the shop’s mission is to merge community and small businesses by featuring local products and art inside the business, which sits between Hutto Wine Bar and Lamppost Coffee.

Sonora Bank

The bank offers personal and business accounts as well as various loans, including mortgage and vehicle. Sonora Bank first opened in Sonora in 1900 and has several locations throughout Central Texas.

Grapes & Rye

Grapes & Rye, a curated cocktail and mobile tap trailer business, will open a physical location in Hutto this March. The new space will be designed to host a variety of events and classes that celebrate the art of mixology. The business is owned by Rachel Green-Williams and Lawrence Williams,

No. 1 Boba Tea

No. 1 Boba Tea is expected to open in Hutto. The shop offers a variety of classic milk, flavored and slush teas. The business has one location in Cedar Park and several throughout Nevada.

Jack Allen’s Kitchen



The restaurant is nearing its opening date in Hutto. Known for its menu of Southern comfort food, the eatery will span around 7,500 square feet, including indoor and outdoor dining areas. It will also feature a bar with frozen beverages, wine on tap and single-barrel bourbon from distillers throughout the country.

Bella Sicilia Pizzeria

Formerly known as Anthony’s Pizzeria, the restaurant changed ownership in December. Now owned by Emanual and Marianna Minardi, the eatery was renamed to Bella Sicilia Pizzeria, offering a variety of specialty pizzas, Italian sandwiches and calzones.EVO Entertainment

Plans for the 54,000-square-foot EVO Entertainment under construction in Hutto have changed, according to a city news release, as the venue’s parent company Elevate Entertainment Group has separated from its investment partner Es Vedra Cinemas. Due to the split, the new venue will no longer be branded as an EVO Entertainment center. However, plans for the facility still include movie theaters, bowling lanes, arcade gaming and dining options, and an opening is set for this May.
