Overview
The seafood diner, locally owned by resident Carroll Humphrey, has a menu sporting shrimp and catfish dinner platters, dessert offerings like peach cobbler, as well as burgers and sandwiches.
"We serve everything fried that you can think of, but we're most known for our catfish," Sarah Guerra, who has worked at the restaurant since 2013, said.
Springhill also has a daily lunch buffet.
