Dirt is turning on the construction of a new Valero gas station and small retail center off Oxford Drive in Pflugerville, adjacent to the Cambridge Villas apartment complex.

Permits dating back to 2022 cite plans for a gas station and convenience store, as well as 12,000 square feet of space for commercial businesses.

Owner Karim Momin said the construction should be completed in about six months.
