The Homes with Hall Foundation, a new nonprofit in Pflugerville, is dedicated to bridging a gap in real estate ownership within the local Black, brown and senior populations.

Beginning early 2024, the company will begin conducting educational wealth building workshops to provide essential financial literacy skills, investment knowledge and entrepreneurship guidance.

“The whole purpose of the foundation is to cultivate a wealth building mindset within the black and brown community and with our youth and seniors, to create and use generational wealth to bridge the gap of real estate ownership providing a path to homeownership,” co-founder Justine Griffith said.

The organization, which filed for nonprofit designation in June, envisions a world where youth and seniors have equal access to financial education, resources and opportunities to create generational wealth, according to an announcement by the organization.
