Baylor Scott & White is planning to expand its Pflugerville medical center, located at 2600 E. Pflugerville Parkway, aiming to give residents greater access to care.

In a nutshell

The additional 42,000 square feet will include a three-story medical office building, tripling the clinic’s capacity. Other improvements to the center include:
  • A new heart catheterization lab for minimally invasive procedures
  • Increased imaging options: radiology technology, nuclear medicine, new CT scanner and new X-ray room
  • Added emergency and trauma services, including an on-site urgent care
  • Improvements to operating room capabilities
Construction is set to begin in early 2024, while the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

First open for operation in 2019, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Pflugerville also provides 24-hour emergency services, primary care and surgical services.
