Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods has leased a 30,000-square-foot retail space in Pflugerville's Stone Hill Town Center.

The lease was announced in August, but an open date has not been determined.

The liquor store chain offers wine, beer, liquor, meats, snacks, condiments and other food to go. The new location of the business will be next to Office Depot and nearby Petco, Target and Home Depot.
