Located just outside the patio of local wine bar Three Legged Goat, Shell We Roll serves rolled ice cream desserts in seven different flavors.
Pamela Littlejohn, who co-owns the business with John and Vicki Shellhorn, said she also creates flavors for catered events with 24-hours notice.
"We actually qualify ourselves as artisan-crafted ice cream, and some of our flavors were created based on the four weeks I spent in Vietnam," Littlejohn said. "It's just something different."
Unique flavors include bacon and vanilla with a caramel topping, as well as a Hanoi roll that features Nutella and banana.
