Lone Star Circle of Care, a nonprofit community health center, opened a pediatrics clinic in North Austin on March 14 in the Medical Oaks Pavilion.
Led by board-certified physician Dr. Kavita Gajjar, the office provides children's well checks, immunizations, physicals, sick care and teen health as well as referral assistance and access to Lone Star Circle of Care behavioral health and dentistry services.
The clinic is accepting new patients. Lone Star Circle of Care aims to serve the health needs of all individuals regardless of insurance status or the ability to pay.
In addition to the new North Austin location at 12201 Renfert Way, Ste. 105, Austin, Lone Star Circle of Care has more than 40 locations throughout Central Texas. 877-800-5722.

Claire joined Community Impact in September 2019 and is the editor of the Leander/Liberty Hill and Georgetown editions. She previously worked as the reporter for the Sugar Land/Missouri City edition and in December 2021 moved to Austin to become the reporter for the Northwest Austin edition. While in school, Claire was a fellow for The Texas Tribune;, worked for the student newspaper, The Daily Texan; and spent a semester in Washington, D.C.
