Austin Habitat for Humanity ReStore opens in Northwest Austin

Austin Habitat for Humanity ReStore had a grand opening celebration for its Lake Creek location at 13804 N. US 183, Austin, on Nov. 4.

The home improvement store and donation center sells new and gently-used household items, building supplies and furniture. Funds raised from sales go toward Austin Habitat for Humanity's mission to build affordable houses for families in need.


"The opening of this new Austin Habitat ReStore marks the latest step in our efforts to provide safe, decent and affordable housing in the Greater Austin area,” said Phyllis Snodgrass, Austin Habitat for Humanity CEO, in a release.
