Pacific eatery Hawaiian Bros. Island Grill on May 11 opened its takeout-only restaurant at 8023 Burnet Road, Austin, in the new Kitchen United Mix building. The restaurant serves platters and sandwiches inspired by classic Hawaiian fare, including luau pig and huli huli chicken—Hawaiian Bros.’s signature dish.

Customers can only order takeout from this location, though delivery is offered through third-party companies. Hawaiian Bros. is the first restaurant to open in Austin’s new Kitchen United Mix building, which will house multiple restaurants for takeout-only service.

Currently, no other restaurants have been announced at Kitchen United Mix’s Austin location, according to the company’s website. The Pasadena-based Kitchen United Mix helps build kitchen commissaries for restaurants looking to expand their delivery and takeout options.
