North Austin seafood restaurant Sam’s Boat announced its permanent closure at 10931 Stonelake Blvd., Austin, in an April 30 Facebook post. According to the post, the restaurant’s parent company was unable to secure a lease on the restaurant’s current location. Sam’s Boat has four locations in the Houston area, all of which will remain open, according to the Facebook post. www.samsboat.com
