Homero Campuzano opened Sophie’s Restaurant on Sept. 17 at 6001 W. Parmer Lane, Ste. 440, Austin. The family-owned and -operated restaurant serves classic Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes, including breakfast tacos, tortas, asada plates and sopes.
