The National Weather Service is warning residents of strong to severe storms developing in Central Texas in the afternoon, evening and overnight hours. While the NWS said all types of severe weather are possible—including hail, damaging winds and tornados—the greatest threat is large hail, potentially larger than 2 inches in diameter.
