The school has more than 30 open positions in fields related to teaching, educational leadership, facilities, campus healthcare and more, according to a release from the school.
The event is open to the public and is an opportunity for area residents to tour the school, apply for open positions and take part in on-the-spot interviews. Full-time positions provide benefits including retirement packages, dental, vision and health insurance.
Last summer, NYOS opened a 76,300 square foot campus which allowed for enrollment to increase by more than 500, according to the release.
NYOS Charter School—Not Your Ordinary School—is a tuition-free, public charter school established in 1998.
