Daytime dining restaurant First Watch has officially opened in EastVillage, showcasing breakfast, lunch and dinner choices in North Austin.

In a press release, COO of MHFW Restaurants Dan Anfinson said the new development is a dynamic, walkable community which reflects First Watch’s mission to connect people.

“EastVillage's blend of urban energy, green spaces and neighborhood charm makes it an ideal setting for our newest restaurant,” Anfinson said. “We look forward to becoming part of this vibrant community and offering a welcoming space where families and friends can gather, relax, and enjoy the comfort of a shared table.”

Customers who dine in the restaurant during its first five business days will receive a free coffee with their meal.


Diners can enjoy their meals with inside seating, a brunch bar or at the space’s outdoor, covered patio.

On the menu

With a chef-inspired menu and rotating seasonal offerings, the restaurant offers classics such as Avocado Toast and specialty entrees including Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes.

Guests can pair their meals with a drink from the fresh juice bar or signature cocktail creations such as Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk.


The restaurant’s seasonal menu will feature meals highlighting ingredients that are in season. Previous seasonal offerings include Crab Avocado Toast and Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash.

For customers on the go, GMO-free and additive-free desserts by Sweet Street and Project Sunrise coffee grown by Mujeres en Café will be available for purchase at the location’s grab-and-go retail area.
