Authentic South Indian restaurant Aha-Ruchi Indian Cuisine opened in the Lake Creek Festival Shopping Center on March 31.

Located at 13729 Research Blvd., Ste. 695, Austin, the restaurant serves a variety of vegetarian and nonvegetarian Indian cuisine. Some dishes available include dosas, or Indian pancakes made of lentils and rice; biryani, a mixed rice dish with different meat options; soups; desserts; and others.
