Aspire North Austin—a modern, 72-unit residential complex—recently opened its first units for the public to move in, developer David Spatz told Community Impact Newspaper.

The apartment development, located at 13130 Pond Springs Road, Austin, is split into three distinct sections. The first section contains six units where residents can live and work with a ground-floor workspace and second story, two-bedroom apartment. These units are open now.

Two other buildings are near completion, Spatz said. One building that will house 27 units is “weeks away” from completion, Spatz said, while a second building with 39 units will likely wrap up construction in May.

“You can know your neighbor. It is a very intimate complex,” Spatz said.

Those buildings will have parking on the ground floor with studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments on the floors above. Aspire North Austin is also offering one- and two-townhouse units with rooftop decks.

Each unit comes with modern appliances and includes reserved parking, access to the complex’s pool and access to the complex’s 24-hour fitness center, according to the developer.

Pricing on the units at Aspire North Austin begins at $1,495 per month and tops out at $2,995 per month for certain townhouse units, according to materials provided by Spatz.
