Popshelf, a spinoff of Dollar General with everything $5 and below, is now open at 12901 N. I-35, Ste. 115, Austin. The store carries home decor, health and beauty products, home cleaning supplies, household and specialty items, arts and crafts, party planning, toys, and entertainment supplies.
