TruWest Credit Union, a credit union with four branches in Austin and over 93,000 members, now provides Home by TruWest Mortgage to borrowers for a variety of home lending options. The credit union provides the Home brand to its members and to those referred by realtors, financial planners or other mortgage professionals.

Home by TruWest Mortgage provides mortgage rates, refinancing and home equity loans.The brand has two mortgage loan officers that work specifically in the community with borrowers and referral partners, said Adam Stewart, vice president of mortgage and home equity.

TruWest credit union opened its doors in 1952 as Motorola Credit Union and has 12 branch locations in Arizona and Texas—eight in Phoenix and three in Austin. Austin locations include Howard Lane and Round Rock branches in the north, and Legend Oaks branches in the south. A fourth Slaughter lane location is now closed.
