IWG PLC, a global company that offers workspace solutions, has joined hands with Simon at the Domain to bring Spaces, an all-inclusive new office retail concept that provides office solutions to suit the buildings, at the Domain in Austin. The modern concept will provide workspace for hybrid professionals in 2023.

The new workspace will feature customizable workstations with ergonomic furniture, private areas, adjustable-height desks, meeting rooms and 24-hour access.

“More and more workers want to live in a 15-minute city—where everything they need, including where they work, is within 15 minutes of their home. Locations like Spaces The Domain meet that demand,” IWG CEO Mark Dixon said.

According to IWG data, businesses around the world are realizing the benefits of flexible working and forgoing the traditional office footprint for flexible office space, the press release said.
