The Texas-based pizza chain Zalat Pizza began servings hand-tossed, New York-style pizzas in Arbor Walk late last year featuring a variety of toppings, sauces and garnishes.

In addition to classics, such as pepperoni, Margherita and supremes, Zalat offers specialty pizzas, such as the Sweet Revenge with mozzarella, bacon onion jam, housemade hot honey, salami, red pepper and basil; and the Elote with corn, lemon pepper reduction, parmesan, cilantro and Valentina sauce.
