Haywire offers locally sourced cuts of steak, salads, soups, sides and more. One item on the menu is the Cowboy Feast, which features a Wagyu tomahawk ribeye, grilled shrimp and two other cuts of meat, plus four sides, such as grilled vegetables, fries or whipped potatoes.
The new two-story location will have an indoor bar on the first floor and an indoor-outdoor bar on the second floor. Haywire carries over 400 bottles of wine and over 200 whisky selections.
