Alloy, an apartment complex next to the Great Hills Market area, is rounding out construction this month.
The gist Completions consist of touching up paint, finalizing amenities and common areas, and tiling the pool area, Alloy Community Manager Miranda Peavler said.
The apartment offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options and is pet-friendly, according to its website. The apartment opened in March and residents began moving in late April, Peavler said. The building replaced a Wells Fargo bank.
