A year-round farmers market is set to open at The Domain in November, featuring products from local farmers and artisans.

The Domain Farmers Market of Austin will be set up in front of Ipic Theaters, and will be operated by Marketing Managers Emylee Boone, Abby Schwendel and Matthew Schwendel.

Boone said the team will use the farmers market to emphasize the importance of sustainability and community involvement.

In addition to providing a space for locals to shop for food and wares, Boone said some of the other activities to be offered will include:
  • Themed events
  • Children's activities
  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Health and wellness screenings
"We are all passionate about helping and supporting farmers and vendors to bring their food to customers," Boone said. "Come and experience the future of local shopping with us while also celebrating Texas through the abundance of local producers and artisans."
