Knowing diet and exercise go hand-in-hand for healthy weight loss, Krsitina Kaderli and Mackenzie Roberson saw an opportunity to combine those two aspects into one business.
On Oct. 12 they opened
Plates on Plates Fitness. Clients participate in 45-minute high-intensity boot camp classes, receive nutritional counseling and may purchase premade meals.
“Both of us have struggled with losing weight the healthy way,” Kaderli said. “We learned how important diet is; it’s 80 percent of the equation.”
Kaderli specializes in training and met Roberson, a former client, who focuses on the nutrition aspect of the business.
Clients can choose to try Plates on Plates for $20 for a 14-day trial. Memberships begin at $75 per month for six months or $89 per month for a monthly membership with a three-month commitment.
Plates on Plates is located at 9607 Research Blvd., Ste. 675, behind the Regal Gateway Stadium theater.
