1. Teel Parkway
Construction is approximately 30 percent complete to construct two lanes of Teel Parkway with concrete pavement and a bridge across the flood plain from Stafford Middle School to Rockhill Parkway.

2. 4th Army Drive extension
The design is about 60 percent finished, and construction is scheduled to begin between January and March to extend 4th Army Drive from Lebanon Road to the driveway entrance of Stewart Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes building a bridge over Stewart Creek.

3. Roadway extension
Four new lanes will be added to extend both Gaylord and John Hickman Parkway as part of the construction for The Star and other mixed-use developments along Dallas North Tollway.

4. Preston Road intersection improvements
Additional turn lanes will be under construction next year at the intersections of Warren Parkway, Lebanon Road, Wade Boulevard, Rolater Road and Main Street on Preston Road between SH 121 and Main Street. Design is approximately 60 percent complete.

Construction is near completion on widening Main Street from Preston Road to Custer Road. The project widened the two-lane roadway to six lanes.
The project also included replacement of the existing two-lane asphalt roadway with a six-lane divided concrete roadway and the addition of drainage, signals, roadway lighting, landscaping and irrigation.
