The building would sit on nearly nine acres on Gaylord Parkway near Dallas Parkway.
Hall Office Park Developer Craig Hall has said he wants to bring retail and dining to the office park to better serve the tenants.
Other future plans for the office park include a hotel, another office building and more walking trails.
The new office building, which is already designed, would add an additional 500,000 square feet of office space, bringing the park to nearly 3 million square feet in total.
The hotel is still under negotiations, Hall said in a previous article, and he is looking to enhance the office park’s green space with walking trails.
