The permit will allow the tallest segment of the headquarters, a portion of the structure near the main entrance of the office building to be constructed at 78 feet; the remainder of the structure will be approximately 60 feet in height.
When completed the site will contain a three story, 125,000-square-foot office building; a two-story, 62,000-square-foot research and development building; and a three-level, 98,280-square-foot parking garage.
The site will primarily be accessed from a newly created right-of-way named Kubota Drive, which will be developed as four lanes with a center median. Kubota Drive will be accessible from the southbound SH 121 service road as well as from Corporate Drive to the east of the site.
Kubota was also approved for two monument signs at the meeting. One will be located near the main entrance to the site and the other to the south of the site along the SH 121 southbound service road.
