Southlake city officials said they are looking for several residents who have the desire and the commitment to devote to the Southlake community as they are now accepting applications for several boards and commissions.
Mayor Hill and the City Council will make appointments on Oct. 20 to the following boards and commissions: Community Engagement Committee, Library Board, Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board, Senior Advisory Commission, Arts Council, and Crime Control and Prevention District Board of Directors and the newly formed Community Enhancement and Development Corporation Board of Directors.
Each appointment is for a term of two years, unless appointed to fulfill an existing vacancy for an unexpired term.
Applications may be obtained from the City’s website.

Applications must be received no later than September 8.
