Nine new retail and dining tenants have announced their commitment to Wade Park, a 175-acre mixed-use development that is part of Frisco’s $5 Billion Mile.
The Rustic will open its second Dallas Fort Worth location in the development, which is located on the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road. It will occupy 15,000 square feet of space and include a full performance stage, a bar with craft beers and restaurant.
“The Rustic at Wade Park will be the go-to backyard spot for families, friends and colleagues to spend time together, enjoy live music and dine out after school, work or the weekends,” The Rustic co-owner Kyle Noonan said in a statement.
Steel City Pops, Bread Zepplin, Thirteen Pies and Torchy’s Tacos will also add to Wade Park’s dining tenants.
The development will also include furniture and beauty retailers, including Arhaus, a handcrafted home furnishings store. Arhaus’ 15,000-square-foot space will include a river rock fireplace, hand-painted murals and skylights as part of the store’s architectural features.
Other retailers include MiniLuxe, Elle K and The Lash Lounge.
Other businesses that have announced commitments to Wade Park include Hotel ZaZa, Whole Foods Market, iPic Theaters and Pinstripes Inc.
Wade Park broke ground in 2014 and is scheduled to open in spring 2017.
