Wade Park, the 175-acre, $1.6 billion mixed-use project off the Dallas North Tollway, has announced the signing of the upscale Hotel ZaZa, which will feature 175 luxury rooms, a pool with bars and cabanas and a ZaSpa.

The hotel will also feature 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a chef-driven restaurant and a large fitness center.

This is the second ZaZa hotel in the Dallas area. Hotel ZaZa already has a Houston location and recently broke ground on a downtown Austin hotel.
