The 10th annual Christmas in the Square Light Extravaganza begins Nov. 28 and continues evenings through Jan. 3.
The event drew more than 655,000 visitors to Frisco Square in 2013.
On the weekends, the square turns into a winter wonderland with flurries spread by snow machines every 15 minutes.
Horse-drawn carriage rides will be available from 6–10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday Nov. 28–Jan. 3. Rides leave from the corner of Coleman Boulevard and Frisco Square Boulevard and are $6 per person.
Boy Scout Troop 51 operates a Christmas Tree Lot from Nov. 28–Dec. 20 in the square.
A special event on Dec. 20 marks the 10th anniversary celebration and activities including the trackless train, visits with Santa Claus, a three-lane inner tubing snow slide, opportunity to build a snowman and a fireworks show.
