Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, announced in April as building a Frisco location in Stonebriar Centre at Preston Ridge and SH 121, is under construction—but in a different location.

The steakhouse is instead being built on the northeast corner of Parkwood Boulevard and Mall Road D.

Perry's Steakhouse representatives said the restaurant is still expected to open in November in time for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

The restaurant will accommodate 350 guests and features will include a wine wall, private dining rooms, an island bar and an outdoor patio.

The restaurant is known for its prime beef, Perry's Famous Pork Chop and drink specials on weekday evenings and Sundays.
