Kristen Genchur has had to relocate her business, Heart & Sole Massage, to a larger suite five times in the Lake Creek Office Park to accommodate her growing client list.

"We see a lot of 'tech neck' in people who have aches and pains associated with sitting at a desk all day," she said.

Genchur got into the massage business after being on her feet all day while working for Norwegian Cruise Line. Getting regular massages allowed her to keep doing what she loved, and that is what she aims to do for her clients. She focuses on affordable prices and educating clients on maintaining results.

"We want alternative medicine and massage to be accessible to everyone," Genchur said.

She is also looking to further expand her business in 2014.
