A new medical and dental facility is expected to soon be under construction at the northeast corner of Preston Road and Wade Boulevard.

Officials with real estate services provider UCR Dallas said Dec. 2 that Dr. Erick Menegazzo purchased the 40,000-square-foot tract of land from Mohr Partners.

Plans are to break ground on the facility in February 2014 and construction is expected to take about six months to complete, UCR Dallas officials said.
