Hat Creek Burger Co. opens Georgetown location

Hat Creek Burger Co. opened its Georgetown location at 201 San Gabriel Village Blvd. on Nov. 8.

The burger restaurant, which features all-natural beef and turkey burgers and chicken sandwiches, is located across Austin Avenue from the Two Rivers Apartments complex.

The site includes a play area, outdoor dining and stage for live music and a 3,400-square-foot building.

Owner Drew Gresset opened the restaurant as a food trailer in 2008 and now has three locations—in Westlake, on Burnet Road in Austin and in Georgetown.
