The Woodlands Development Company has announced the latest neighborhood for the Village of Creekside Park. The 120-acre Liberty Branch is under development and construction on new homes will soon begin, according to the Development Company.
"The opening of model homes in Liberty Branch has been eagerly anticipated," Tim Welbes, co-president of The Woodlands Development Company, said.
The neighborhood will feature traditional designs, Americana-themed streetscapes and walkable green spaces. Liberty Branch follows traditional town planning principles and will offer a variety of housing styles, tree-lined streets, shopping, dining and recreation.
Liberty Branch will be serviced by Timber Creek Elementary, a K-6 campus of Tomball ISD, as well as the Creekside Park Village Center. The village center will be anchored by an H-E-B grocery store and will feature a Walgreens drug store, banks, dry cleaners and restaurants.
The neighborhood will also feature two parks, Liberty Square Park and Rockwell Park.
"Both parks feature unique and nostalgic design elements that harken back to simpler times, such as a town square in Liberty Square Park and a pavilion modeled after a one-room schoolhouse in Rockwell Square Park," the Development Company stated in a release.
David Weekly Homes will offer three home styles in Liberty Park, ranging in the $400,000s to $900,000s. Coventry Homes, offered between $400,000s and $900,000s, is planning home sites featuring oversized porches, traditional elevations, wood flooring, three-car garages, covered rear porches and outdoor kitchens.
Palmetto Homes will develop 33 townhomes and 51 attached patio homes staring in the $260,000s. J. Kyle Homes is planning 43 single-family homes priced between the $400,000s and high $500,0000s.
