Since opening in February 2012, Gabriel Springs has hosted several major events for area nonprofits, the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and the school district. The 9,000-square-foot event center can hold about 500 people, or 320 seated with a dance floor. Plans to add a second building to the property are in the works. However, a timeline for construction has not been set, General Manager Michelle Watts said.
