The Sun City Shriners Club will adorn the entrances to town and bridges in the area with lights to raise donations to benefit Shriners hospitals in Texas.
The display will include a 26-foot Christmas tree and 4,500 LED lights strung along three bridges and railings on Williams Drive, along with bows and wreaths. Installation will be done by the Sun City Shriners on Nov. 23 and lit at 6 p.m.
With the decorations, the SCSC is asking for donations to benefit the Shriners Burn Hospital in Galveston and the Orthopedic Hospital in Houston. Donations can be mailed to 2 Texas Drive, Georgetown, Texas, 78633. For more information, call 512-864-9493.
