Beginning Jan. 18, through traffic will be limited to northbound vehicles on Morningside Drive between Vista Parkway and Schmidt Avenue.
A portion of the road between Loma Vista Street and Southland Street will be closed completely, and a detour will be established at Becker Street to accommodate drivers.
Two-way traffic will continue from Vista Parkway to Rueckle Road, while through traffic on Morningside Drive from Schmidt Avenue to the I-35 Frontage Road will be limited to local residential traffic and school buses.
Schmidt Avenue will continue to have two-way access to I-35 and FM 1044.
