New Braunfels Utilities is asking customers to take a survey that will help the utility provider to implement strategies for improvements to customer satisfaction.

The confidential survey, which is being conducted by GreatBlue Research, is accessible at www.nbutexas.com/customerexperience through Oct. 5.

“Understanding our customers’ journey as they navigate through our service processes is important to NBU. We want to make the customer experience as user-friendly as possible,” Melissa C. Krause, executive director of communications and external affairs, said in a news release. “The insight we receive from this study will be used to make improvements to our overall organizational performance. We encourage our customers to participate in the survey.”
