In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, city of New Braunfels offices will be closed or have adjusted hours.

City Hall, the Public Library, the Westside Community Center, New Braunfels Municipal Court, the Parks and Recreation Administration Office, and The Fischer Park Nature Center will be closed Jan. 20. However, the Landa Park Recreation Center will be open for those registered for Kids Day Out.


The New Braunfels Utilities offices will also be closed. Those needing to report an outage or service issue can call NBU’s 24-hour Control Center at 830-629-4628.

Das Rec and Landa Park Golf Course at Comal Springs will be open during regular operating hours. Solid waste and recycling residential and commercial pickup will follow a normal schedule.
