The food truck, located in Freiheit Village, was owned by New Braunfels native Rene Montanez.
RJ's Sliders and Wings sold brisket sliders and chicken wings.
Montanez said he wanted to thank everyone who tried his food and came out to support him.
"I would love to do this again. It was a dream." Montanez said.
