The majority of homes in Leander and Liberty Hill are being sold in the $300,000-$499,000 price range, with 125 homes sold in July in this range, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors. The area also saw:

• 100 homes sold for over $500,000
• 2 homes sold for less than $299,999

Overall, the area has seen a dip in the median home price compared to last July by an average of $110,600.

Both cities also saw only a slight uptick in the number of homes sold in July compared to last year.

However, ABoR data shows homes in Leander stayed on the market nearly three times as long in July compared to last year. In comparison, homes in Liberty Hill stayed on the market in July two weeks longer than Leander.
