The majority of homes sold in Cedar Park and Leander were in the $200,000-$299,999 range in the month of June, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

There were 165 homes sold in the $200,000s, followed by 98 homes selling in the $300,000-$399,999 range, 51 homes in the $400,000-$499,000 range and 32 in the $500,00-$599,999 range. Two houses in the 78726 ZIP code also sold for more than $1 million, according to the data.

In June, the median price of homes sold in Cedar Park and Leander increased in ZIP codes 78613 and 78726, while the median price of homes in ZIP codes 78641 and 78717 decreased when compared to median prices in June 2016.
