Vaqueros Cafe & Cantina will open a new location in the Steiner Ranch area in late summer. The Tex-Mex restaurant will open at a site under construction at 3810 N. Quinlan Park Road, Austin. Vaqueros Cafe & Cantina serves a variety of dishes, including fajitas, enchiladas and tacos made with homemade tortillas. The restaurant opened its first location in 2017 at 1801 S.
