Carol Black, Lake Travis Community Library board president, won the 2018 Texas Library Association Lifetime Achievement Award. The award recognizes an exemplary career in librarianship, creative leadership and service to the library profession. In addition to her position as president of the board, Black also volunteers at the library weekly - processing books and other library materials.
