Mayoral candidates Alain Babin and Tom Kilgore are vying to replace outgoing Lakeway Mayor Sandy Cox, who declined to run for re-election.
With early-voting totals being released at 7 p.m., Kigore has 1,730 votes, or 61.1%, and Babin has 1,100 votes, or 38.9%.
